Switched vets for the wellness plan per a friend's suggestion as my cat is getting on is years. The wellness plan seems worth a shot. I was not a fan of the location or the experience with the vet techs. The waiting room is uncomfortable, and the demeanor of the employees felt unprofessional. My last vet was so sweet to my cat and made him feel comfortable. At banfield they seemed to handle him roughly, treating him like an animal rather than a patient. They don't let you go back in the room with your pet, which I was uncomfortable with especially for a first time visit and with how uncompassionate they seemed. Honestly I recommend you try somewhere else.

Okay until it came to payment. She kept insisting I needed a pin number for my care credit card. Thankfully, my husband had another form of payment or they wouldn't have gotten paid. Especially since when I called care credit, it was confirmed that no pin is needed. Don't know what happened but not thrilled about it

My darling Doodlebug had been seen by Banfield for the entire second half of his life. (Rescue) When it came time to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make they were so supportive. They gave us as much time as we needed. They gave us his paw prints on our way out. They made a difficult experience as easy as they could. I will be forever grateful for that. Also, made accommodations to fit my wheelchair when they were notified I had one.

My dog loves this place. I never have to force him to go not only to the vet but also with the vet techs. The techs and the docs are always nice and always understanding especially cence my dog has allergies. They always make sure he gets the car he needs and never things he doesn't need.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 18, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 18, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
