The service here was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling paint chipped off onto the floor with guests watching. The staff refused to serve an elderly woman food. And the manager or owner kept showing attitude the whole time. I would never come here and give them my money. Not worth it! Please don’t book your events here.

Went here for a kickboxing /Muay Thai event. Seems like a nice place to celebrate a special event/occasion. The chandeliers are beautiful!

Had a wonderful time at the wedding, it was so great that I forgot about all the things that were unnecessarily ruining my weekend. The view was spectacular and my family and friends just had such a magnificent time. It was truly a night to remember. However, when I approached my car later on that evening, it was burglarized and about $4,500 worth of items were removed from my car. Obviously I should have been smarter and placed them in my trunk. But it was Labor Day weekend, and the valet never came out after sitting there for 20 minutes, I said well let me just see if I could find something on my own because I just could NOT be late to this wedding. Sure enough, I did, right down the block by the warehouse on the corner of 43rd avenue. This has nothing to do with them, but if you are planning on going to an event here, I’d say be super careful with your surroundings. The officers made it known to me that it is an occurrence that happens quite too often in the neighborhood. Especially on that block, because of all the nice cars that come into the area for the events at the Five Star. Better yet, anytime something occurred, there were no fingerprints to be traced, so they do believe that they’re professionals who wear gloves. My car is a 2021 Toyota Camry, there were much nicer cars on the strip. They also left back all my personal credit cards, but took my house keys, Wallet, gift cards & girly products within this bag (I worked so hard to finally spoil myself with; not even a year old). Whoever did this crime, seemed like a professional by the way my glass was nit picked from the outside border to be shattered. I feel that it had to be more than one person on the job. 😂 it surely is a night I’ll never forget.

I have attended my friend’s wedding and it was absolutely amazing experience. I’ve been there 5 years before. What a change over and it was like Walking into a Kingdom. Staffs were kind, polite and very professional. Owners really put a lot of effort into this hall and knows what they are doing…breath taking experience.
