Please explain the fees of a condo other than the HOA fee. Are they yearly fees or one time mandatory.
Aberdeen is a private club with lots of activities and events year round.
It is best to call the club and ask for the membership department

They are different types of homes some adjoined and some separated it depends of the section of aberdeen you buy or rent. But keep in mind that you will have to buy the club share and pay the club monthly fees and hoa fees.
First dinner is August 29th
It depends on the membership level you choose. It ranges from a non-voting Social, Equity Social, Tennis, Limited Sports (afternoon golf) and Full Sports. There's also a deal within these levels for Baby Boomers. Also, non-resident memberships. To get the apart info it's best to look at the club website and call the membership office.
