I was on a time crunch for a home renovation project and about to give up when I saw Ferguson on Google Maps and decided to go in and take a chance without an appointment. The receptionist told me she would try to find someone to see me and after a bit of a wait and a look around on my own I almost gave up to catch a train. Someone was looking after me that day because I was about to leave when Jamie B. walked over to greet me. From the beginning she was kind and patient and professional. After I negative experience at a showroom farther uptown where I was told that nothing was in stock, I was so relieved to hear Jamie had a huge selection of in stock items I was looking for that could be rapidly ready to ship to my home. Jamie has been working with me for almost 2 months now and I can say without hesitation that she completely saved my renovation project and that I would still be at step one without her. She diligently responds to all of my emails (even the frantic, nonsensical ones!), and has helped the design and delivery process go as smoothly as possible. If any issues arise she is there to solve them. She is patient and knowledgeable and willing to do research to find products that fit my sometimes really minimal description of what I am looking for. She has even worked directly with my contractor when needed. And my contractor now only wants to work with Jamie. I absolutely cannot sing her praises enough. Thank you so much, Jamie! I have also had a very positive experience with Ferguson in general. I find the website to be very user friendly and makes it easy for both Jamie and I to see the project being worked on and the orders. Ordering and shipping has been easy and the couple of items that were damaged in shipping were easy to return/replace/resolve. Highly recommend.
