Our Chihuahua is not well, not herself. Barely drinks any fluids or eats. She will still go out to go potty but can barely walk. Can someone please tell me if they know what is wrong? Can it be depression. No money for a vet. What can I do??

It could be a number of things. She needs to go to a vet. Call banfield pet hospital. They might be able to help or at least give you the information you need to help her.

Best thing to do would be call them and see if they can work with you they did me and my wife when our dog was ill.
