You can try reaching to a cat rescue to see if they can offer any assistance. Willamette Humane Society offers low cost services to those with SNAP benefits, so if you have food stamps the spay is $30. Not free, but still fairly inexpensive. My cat came home happy and healthy.
Nail trims are $5 at time of surgery. If you're not getting your dog neutered they do not provide services.
This is a spay and neuter clinic, not a regular vet. They only do shots at time of surgery.
