So whatever happened to buying a voucher from humane society for 20$ and finding a veterinarian that would except your voucher ?? That was low income?? This new prices for low income is not. Low income does not have 100$ or more to spay r pets. ?? Please help if there is a way to have this done for 20$ like before??
