Melissa and Josiah were awesome: I used 3R's to install an above range microwave. They had to remove cabinetry, build a new shelf, used their sub-contractor electrician to install a dedicated breaker & outlet. They started and completed the project per the estimated schedule. Wife is happy so I'm happy!!! Thank You Cathe, Duane & Jeff.

We had a question about Radon Mitigation and Duane was willing to have a zoom call with us on site and look at our project. His knowledge and expertise help us figure out what was right for our build and he was very easy to work with. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who was looking for a safe build and radon mitigation in the future. Thanks again Duane, Great working with you.

3Rs is so generous and very involved in the community! They give of their time and resources to help others in various ways. 3Rs has been a consistent donor to my son’s baseball team for several years. In addition, they have been very generous to help with many community outreach events through my church. Not only have they given financially, but they also serve on their own time to help out and make these events run smoothly! They go above and beyond to get involved and support community events!

The BEST!!! 3R's did our remodel and they were outstanding to work with! Extremely professional from the office to the guys that were on-site doing the work. Their bid was the best for quality and type of work we needed done. They were on schedule and always on time! If you need any kind of remodel work, additions, decks, mold/radon mitigation save yourself the hassle and call 3R's and ask Jeff to come give you an estimate!

Yes, Pavers seem to be in high demand in the last couple of years as walkways, patios, driveways, and around firepits. They are beautiful and allow some flexibility and options that you can not get from poured concrete.
This is the best time of year to start your outdoor kitchen. with Permits, and ordering materials we would be able to have it ready to use this summer!
The best way to get started is to call our office and schedule a time with our project manager for a quote. If you are in the early stages and not sure what you want or need, we can also help you sort that out.
If you're wanting to have a kitchen ready to go for the holidays the best time to get started is spring or before. You can always schedule a start date for later to shorten the working window in your home but there's no way to speed up the process and still have a fantastic result. Depending on how large the scope of the kitchen remodel project is, the time from start to completion can vary a lot. Typically, after permits are approved and we have the materials that were ordered in hand, you can expect 30-60 days to be right in the middle of the road. We have turned kitchens around in 5 days with a lot of pre-planning and had one that took 6 months to build in every detail our client wanted in their new kitchen. Those are not typical timelines.
The cost to build a deck is dependent on quite a few variables and your choices. Here are a few 1) How big of a deck do you want? 2) What type of material do you want for the decking and railings? 3) Will there be steps or stairs? 4) Will need a sealant, painted or stained? 5) Is it going to be ground level or elevated? 6) Is the ground beneath it level or sloped, and will a retaining wall be needed? There are other factors, like time of year, weather, and current pricing on materials. Last year we built over 40 decks and the pricing ranged from $3,500- $70,000. I hope that helped. if you would like to know for certain please call our office and schedule a time for us to give you a quote based on your personal tastes and budget.
Replacing the roof can be tricky during the late fall and spring when the rain is almost nonstop. If you want to replace your roof in the summertime, you'll want to be on the schedule by early spring. We like to tell our clients, “when you are thinking about it, make the call.” Our team will evaluate the weather patterns and pick the very best time to get this done for you with the least inconvenience and minimize the chance of rainwater coming in
The cost of remodeling a bathroom has a lot of variables to consider. We have some people who are just changing out a couple of fixtures and maybe adding a coat of paint and others that are gutting a space down to the studs and starting over. Last year our bathroom remodels ranged from $3000 to $70,000 with an average cost of around $40,000. What your new bathroom will cost is entirely determined by what you want to add or change about your current bathroom.
