I'm sorry but, I was very disappointed. The ciabatta rolls were dense like white bread an tasteless. The sourdough loaf was just as dence an there was no crust.... I don't know if I came on a bad day or not but it was not what I expected.

Drove from the coast to do some shopping in Salem of things I cannot find here. When I got to the bakery(early afternoon) they were closed. Will not try again. I fondly remember the bakery I used to buy there when they were open more hours. 😑

Great bakery that makes fresh bread. They got desserts and lunch sandwiches. They have lots of outdoor seating with limited indoor seating due to covid. Our kids loved their sandwiches. The mozzarella tri color sandwich was fresh and tasted good.

My my my! Where to start with his place.. They have cookies bigger than any baby's head LOL. Tarts, muffins, scones, quiche, fancy lattes, loafs of fresh backed breads, bottled sodas or your old school brewed coffee. Everything is delicious and if you're lucky, you might be eating here while the Jazz band comes in to play.

Not on-line, however you can call in and maybe set something up. However they use no preservatives in their bread, so as deliscious as it is, it's shelf life isn't the longest. I'd be worried about it getting their fresh enough.

Cascade baking Co in Salem is a different company, they don't sell their bread at grocery stores
We only sell locally to restaurants and our retail bakery here in the Salem area. We have nothing to do with Win-Co. If you ever are in the Salem area, drop by. We have great breads and pastries.
This isn't the same company, it's a local brand that doesn't distribute to Win-Co. But it's absolutely amazing and worth a visit!
