Friendly, knowledge service, and products you can't find anywhere else like a primer to use on kitchen cabinets, and a paint for trim that doesn't leave brush marks. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams.

Went in to get help with paint colors. Gentleman was not very helpful. His comment was "there is an app for that". A bit disappointed.

Prior to my most recent experience at this store I would have rated them at least a 4. However my most recent experience would have to be listed as zero, hence the 2 star rating. There were no other customers and two employees. Both had masks that only covered their mouths and not their noses. I politely asked the employee helping me to pull the mask up over his nose, which he made clear by his glare annoyed him greatly. I asked for help for finding disposable paint trays; he gave cursory glance at the wall where the items were kept, and said we don't have any and walked back to the paint desk. I kept looking and shortly found the items he said weren't there. I told him I'd found them, and he said, "Yep that's them" without even looking my direction. I then asked for a white stain. He walked over to the stain section, literally looked for less than 3 seconds, and said, "We don't have any." He went back to the paint desk, again avoiding looking at me, and with his mask below his nose. While still in the store, I looked at the Sherwin-Williams website on my phone and found what I was looking for. I told him I'd found it on the website, but again without looking at me he hollered from the paint desk, "We'll have to order it." However, I looked for it again in the stain section and quickly found it. I went to the paint desk and told him I did not appreciate his *#**% attitude. The other employee added white to the stain as I had originally requested. Terrible experience; I do not intend to return to the store unless I absolutely have to. I've gone to Rhoda paints several times since and have had friendly, eager customer service without the negative attitude and with appropriate wearing of masks for safety.
