Staff was very friendly and having an airport shuttle was very convenient. Good restaurants nearby but would be nice to have a bar nearby if you're waiting on a plane.

Always has what my family needs. Clean, comfrtable, spacious. Convenient hot breakfast with lots of options. Hot coffee 24/7.

Was there for business. Rooms were clean. Didn't get new towels after the first night, but that was ok. Breakfast was good. Overall, good place. Location was near the airport so that was good for me.

** Edited to add- I have now left voicemails and completed the online response tool with ZERO reply from anyone representing the hotel. I guess their below response was as lackluster and as their service prompting this review! ** First room assignment included a broken lock. When we asked for it to be fixed the front desk was abrasive. They offered us a room close to the laundry facilities but mentioned noise. We declined due to noise and were offered a different room.. which was also incredibly loud. Both rooms were dirty including stains on the chairs.
