Currently staying here for work, not super impressed. Checkin was a pain, the key cards stop working after one use, the bathtub wonβt drain. Weβll see how the rest of the week goes.

Stephanie Whitley was great and so was the front desk staff.

Reserved a room with 2 beds. Gave me a room with one bed and not even a explanation until I found out at tge room. Bad customer service π

Great location, pool open 24hrs. Shower blasts, comfy bed. No mini fridge. Beware using the parking garage and validating your ticket with the hotel. They charge $20/day, in/out, while the garage is $15/day max. Might be cheaper to just pay at the garage kiosk instead of validating with hotel depending on how much you use your car. We made the mistake of going out to breakfast before checking out, and validating our parking ticket again, and the hotel charged us another $20, total of $40 for less than 24hrs of parking. It would have only been a couple bucks if we hadn't validated again.

Every room i have stayed in, including on the executive level, have not had a refrigerator.
You are going to need to call them
Yes. It's a right turn out of the hotel. A very quick walk via a walkway under the freeway.
The Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown - Arena is conveniently located between Old Sacramento & Downtown. Light rail access and notable downtown attractions, including the state capital are within walking distance.
The Holiday Inn suggests using a taxi, Uber or Lyft as shuttle service is not provided by the hotel.
Greetings Chuck, The Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown does not provide shuttle service to and from the train station. There are several options with Uber, Lyft or a Taxi and Walking distance is .3 miles from the hotel to Amtrak at 401 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Thank you for inquiring and we look forward to serving you when in Sacramento. Barry
The Holiday Inn Sacramento does not offer complimentary breakfast. The hotel does have an onsite restaurant and on occasion, special overnight packages are available at an additional cost to include breakfast.
$20 if staying at Holiday Inn. Validated in visiting Macy's shopping center.
I believe check in is at 2-3 and check out is 11

Yes its safe. Especially with the large crowds. Hope your family has fun!o
No. But designated smoking areas are located out side of both exits Ample seating, and a view of downtown Sacramento.
Call the hotel they usually will accomidate u
The area is not unsafe. There is much nightlife and action now with the new Arena and DoCo next door.
No there is no free breakfast. They have menu and breakfast buffet.
Middle aged to retired. It also depends if there's a Kings game. Then there's a younger crowd.
The bar in the lobby is pretty social. If you walk under the bridge, you cross over to old town and they have a saloon style bar, a few restaurant bars as well. i think there's still a comedy club too. Then there's downtown, not quite walking distance if you're not familiar.
There's a pub across the street. Lotsa Scotch. Guinness. Actually there is a few places within walking distance. You can walk under to Old Town. Punch Bowl Social is cool. That's on the same level as Golden 1. Uber to Tapa The World down J Street for a great Capprinhia.
Yes, ive stayed multiple times and they have a basic Keurig, meaning you can bring your own pods.
Cut through Macy's.
Ten22 is the best place for a burger and a beer in old town. For the same meal at a slightly nicer restaurant, you can walk through the semi-underground walkway to Foundation. Its right across the street from the Golden 1 Center.
The pool is open from March through November
