This is a very nice place to stay downtown. It’s easy to get to. Valet parking is highly recommended since parking is so expensive.

Valet is so extremely inattentive. There are several and most just gather around the valet stand and talk, the cars aren’t moved accordingly so a logjam and back up is often. Everyone with this valet team moves in slow motion, zero sense of urgency or customer service is reflected not just once, but every time I had to drop off or pick up. The room service is even worse, waiting 45 minutes for coffee. The pool was filthy, used towels strewn about, broken glass on the deck and no pool assistance around just trash and cocktail waitresses asking you if you need a drink within your first minute, not such a bad thing, because you’ll wish you were inebriated after feeling the fool for wasting your money and valuable time here. The highlights are rooms are tasteful but quirky w/a sliding barn door bathroom and limited natural light due to only a patio door. If you are attending a concert or event at the Golden1 Center, you couldn’t find a more convenient location. Very disappointed for I have had much better luck and enjoyment at many other Kimpton properties. The hiring manager really needs to educate and train the staff about genuine hospitality. This could be a much better property given better management and training.

We stayed in a standard room but it was really nice. This hotel is beautiful, they have a cool spot next store called the punch bowl social I believe. Has games and a nice bar, cool spot to hang out with friends
Take I-5 south to the J st exit the hotel will be on the left side on J st.
Anytime after 3pm, but if rooms are available earlier, early check in is an option

Pets are allowed yes, but sorry thats a no on the kitchen the in room dining is great though i must say.
I didnt see a hot tub at all. They have a beautiful rooftop heated pool, but it's not the same as a hot tub. ;-)
