Room was clean, the sitting area by the pool is also nice, they don’t have A propane tank ready to replace the empty one so we set there without fire , because the fireplace need propane tank. The air in the room was not too fresh ( like an old building )

Yes, absolutely walkable. Just over tbe overpass, within about 1 mile
No breakfast. The bistro is expensive for what you get. Eat out and save your money.
