Completely rude on the phone. I believe the guys name was Matt although I’m not sure. I would never, ever give them my business at this point. As customers we have the right to shop for the best deal. They way I was talked to on the phone tells me to stay away and you should too. They may have what I want available today but I’ll wait and take my business somewhere else even if it means I have to wait a couple weeks. I’m ready to go with financing on a John Deere. If they weren’t rude and discourteous I would be financing a 35k machine with them. Oh well. Apparently they don’t need my business. Good for them.

Very shady sales practices here. They give you estimates without a breakdown of the fees. They are double charging for certain items on waverunners that come with them. You do what you want but very shady experience and would never spend a dime on this place. I hope the owner knows what shady stuff is going on
