DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership took a deposit from me. Sent me a sales order to sign and then when the car arrived they sold it to someone else. Probably someone that offered them more money over MSRP. I was already paying $5,000 over MSRP. this is illegal and unethical. Don not trust these guys. People involved were; Andrew Quintyne General Manager Pat Ferraiolo Sales Manager Arvy Samis Andrew called Me after all this and told me if I’d like I can reach out to a lawyer and that I had no claim. Hung up on me and blocked my number. This isn’t the type of dealership you want to give any money or deposits to. It is evident in how they treat their customers that they only do what works for them and will screw over anyone that’s in the way of them making a $1. Stay away from them. They’re not to be trusted. They are rude. Most of all they have terrible customer service. Keep in mind customer service goes way beyond the day you buy the car. Having a good dealership is paramount to saving a few $$$ it will pay off on the long run.
