Beautiful store, but The cashiers consistently (with the exception of one) are very unfriendly, work very slowly and generally act like they are not enjoying what they’re doing. Makes me not want to come back. Or to make sure I have lots of extra time, to get out of the store.

Employees are very nice but the store is small. Prices are higher than other Kohls simply because it is in Old Saybrook and their plus size clothing section is practically non existent. They have also moved in store pickup to the back of the store making it super inconvenient.

Kohl's store at old saybrook is a big store of clothing for men and women, beauty accessories, watches, handbags, sunglasses, Caps, bath items, shoes and many more. Online & curbside shopping available. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. you can do both cash and digital payment. Good stuff of clothing available and seasonal discount available. Customer service desk and Amazon return next to the Entry gate. If you have membership card of Kohl's you can get good discount. Public Restroom is available.

Limits in the store, masks, sanitizing, plexi register barriers, and spots marked for social distancing. Just what I saw the other day. There may be others I missed. Stay Safe.
Dec. 10th Santa will be at all stores nationwide. In the toy department between 1-3p
Hilton Gardens 2 mins away! I would recommend for the best hotel in that area
No but last time I got a gift card they didn't give you the %off. This may have changed. Call/go to store to find out details. They may have it online.

If you are a Kohls account member and have signed up for on-line access make sure you check your email for coupons or discounts being offered. Not every cashier (especially if only working seasonally) know about what's being offered to it's members! At this store we discovered a 25% off entire purchase that this store cashier did not know about!!!!
