Great people, a little slow on the phone, but they got the job done. Looks like it's gonna be a great stay tonight.

The room was great! Service was good, but the restaurant seemed a little understaffed. Signs for the conference weren't great.

I love the people that work there it was great but I hadn’t heard a baby crying for at least seven hours paying for $489 I shouldn’t have to listen to anything

So a couple of weeks ago my wife and I actually had our 10 year vow renewal there, We started planning this event back in March,it is now September. In our contract with the hotel we were supposed to be guaranteed 20 rooms on the 2nd floor, 2nd floor because that's where the actual wedding was going to be at, My wife and I got 2 separate rooms next to each other because those rooms were each connected to their own boardroom which we were going to use for the bride's party to get ready, hair and make up, and the other board room was supposed to be for the groomsmen to get ready and prepare as well. So come check in day,we get there,we get our room keys, go up to our rooms, and Upon walking in the room that was supposed to be for the bride and the bridesmaids we find a older gentleman already in the room unpacking luggage saying this was his room. So one of our rooms that was connected to 1 of the boardrooms was double booked! My wife and I went downstairs to see what's going on, hotel seemed so disorganized, and Everything my wife and I have been going over with the sales department at the hotel seemed non existent to management's knowledge. So hotel pretty much told me that there was nothing they can do about it, and they'll just move me to another room, a regular room not connected to any boardroom. My wife was in tears, this was supposed to go smooth,..It was absolutely horrible service, I stressed the point to management that we are having a wedding, this is very special day, but they did not seem to care... We paid a lot of money expecting the Hilton experience on our special day. HOW DO YOU OVERBOOK A WEDDING PARTY? And last but not least, the 20 room block we were supposed to be guaranteed..didn't happen either.. I had some party guests moved to different floors because at check in time multiple rooms were not ready and they were told they were gonna be moved to different floors...just disappointed big time. Will Not book another event here. (They're response to this review goes unanswered!) They just try to save face by responding the way they do, but when you follow up...NOTHING...I've call management..with nothing/no response.

Parking is NOT free believe they charge $30 a night that goes for the Pleasant Hill Ca one as well in which we prefer more so than the Sacramento hotel. The buffet in Sacramento serve waffles in Pleasant Hill you'll get cook to order pancakes!! If you like pancakes
One of the best in town that a non-alcohol one last year in one part of the hotel
I am unsure if they don't. Maybe try the website
Underground
I have stayed there a few times in the last 3 weeks andy boyfriend and I always walk around old sacramento. I haven't seen bikes over there just lots of people on scooters but I'm sure there is bicycles throughout downtown. I will recommend looking up where the backs are.
They have limited valet parking in the front of the hotel. The other parking option is the parking structure across the street. It's much cheaper to park in the parking structure than using the hotels valet parking.
Yes all Hilton properties have a government rate. Embassy is owned by Hilton. I do not know for sure if they offer a senior rate. A great way to save $ is to join the Hilton Honors program great perks benefits and discounts. Enjoy your trip.
You can always ask..im not sure
No. They have limits on area for shuttle service. Uber is a great alternative. Hope this helps
Sure, they have many options, 👍
Yes
They may be busy with the holidays approaching. Try again later. The internet is also a great way to reach them
Yes, valet, maybe $34 & across the street for maybe $25. It's posted on their website
Not sure, but right across the street is a parking garage with EV parking
13 blocks safe to walk
It's a nice walk using the tunnel system. Ask the front desk for directions
$32 for Valet. Not sure about the parking lot across the street. No on site parking.
I think that they do. And if his small dog I don't think it will be a problem. Call first.
You should call the hotel directly.
