Pros: The staff is very professional, and our tech was incredibly kind and quick with his work. They have good customer service, however the following is more prevalent than the hospitality received. Cons: I was hoping for a same day appointment (which is advertised on the website), but instead it took almost half a week to get an appointment. That wasn’t a huge deal to me… but the real kick in the stomach was the price. The final cost for parts, labor, and other “fees” was $200. The part that was replaced (a fuse) is listed between $5-$10 online. The tech was only here for about half an hour. You’re suppose to get the service call ($109 service) free with repair. That leave me to believe there are three possible options: 1. I did not receive the service call free: $10 part, $109 for showing up, and $80 for half an hour of labor, 2. that half an hour of labor for this company is $190, or 3. There are hidden fees. I did not receive a receipt for the work either. Thusly, I don’t think I will be utilizing their services again despite great customer service. The prices for the repair were absolutely astronomical considering it’s an older used dryer. For $200, realistically, we could have just replaced the whole dryer. I would highly discourage using this company if you aren’t ready to spend more for a repair than your machine is worth.

Appliance professionals is a top-notch company. I have used them on numerous occasions and they were always timely , They schedule convenient appointments and they were professional when they came to my home and diagnose the problem. If they couldn’t fix it they gave reasonable Suggestions on what the next step was. My technician was excellent knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him in his company for my clients needs in the future

Tech knew what he was doing! Used a different company to come repair my dishwasher first was told it was fixed but it was not. Appliance Professional was able to come out next day. I was running a little behind and Tech kinda waited for me to get home. Tech diagnosed the problem within minutes of getting started. Fixed the issue, checked to make sure it was actually fixed and was out in 30 minutes! Great service!
