I called the store on 8/13 to see if they had an item in stock. The girl that answered the phone was rude but gave me the information I needed. I went into the store on 8/14 to purchase the item. The guy that rang me up, gave me my total, I paid, and he handed me the receipt. I had to then ask for a bag in which he seemed annoyed. He took the bag tossed it on the counter meaning I had to bag my own items. This was my first time coming to the store and definitely my last. I know everyone has rough days but this was a bit extreme when working with the public. I own a store and have bad days but never will I take it out on a customer. I do find it odd he was very nice to the older white lady and dismissive to the younger melanated woman. Interesting.

I go here all the time. I loved it until I finally caught on that I was being followed around. Anywhere I went a worker would go beside me pretending to look at random items. I have heard similar experiences from poc that have gone here. It’s sad that I am discriminated against when I simply want to get healthy food. It’s really disappointing but I can not give money to a company that treats people like this.

Hi Susan, No, we do not carry Wild Cherry Bark Syrup by that brand. We do, however, carry it by Planetary Herbals.

Hi Deborah, No, we do not. We have 3 & 5 gallon water bottles from Country Clear Water based in Sandy Run, SC. You can pay a deposit for your initial bottles and then return your empty bottles for refilled bottles as needed and you'll only be charged for the water. You can receive a return on your deposit for the bottles if they are in good condition. This is the only refillable water service we currently offer.

Not sure if they have pumpkin yogurt, but should have the ingredients to add in a yogurt of your choice to make it pumpkin flavored.

Their prices compete with other whole foods grocers (but 14carrot is locally owned and tgey supoort local farmers first)
