I placed an online order. When I picked it up I paid with a $100 bill. I watched the girl counting out the change and she tried to cheat me out of $5. I told her it wasn't right and she immediately gave me the $5. I never told her how much she owed me and she never recounted what she took out of the till. She knew exactly what she was doing and made it obvious. Also, I tried the PH app but they were blowing up my phone every day trying to get me to place another order. Getting tired of it I removed the app and probably won't be ordering from them again. One more thing. The quality of their pizzas has really gone down which is another reason I'll be going elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I am unsure if it was an off night or if this is standard service but boy was this a terrible pizza. I could have saved 30 dollars and bought a frozen pizza and been satisfied. Tonight everyone outdid the hut...

Overcharged, received wrong order -- ordered thru outside delivery service yet Pizza Hut still charged $4.99 delivery fee even though they did not deliver it. Apparently they steal that and the drivers get nothing because customers have no idea they're being charged by a third party service AND Pizza Hut. Why is this?? Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore.

Pleasant service, good prices, pizza was good
