Front desk staff was nice at check in. Stayed for a convention, but wouldn't have stayed here otherwise. Parking lot is a mess for construction. Run down I'd a nice way to describe the property.raky toilet, mattresses are so old, room is dusty beyond belief. ½ the room lights don't work (won't turn on, one won't turn off). Prices are way too high for quality of the accomodations.

Just NO. First they gave us a key that opened a room someone was already in. They have construction everywhere. This place smells BAD. The sheets were not clean. Our rroom had a jacked up toilet. Everything here was bad and it felt damgerous. I will never stay here again and you should avoid it.

I recently attended a work-related seminar at DoubleTree, and I thought it was an excellent venue. They're very organized and their service is top notch!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where do I begin? I booked the room for a local music festival and upon arriving found out that parking is an addition $10 a night, staff were not helpful and rude, the elevator was out of order and we were on the top floor at the end of the hall so we had to carry every thing and could use the luggage carts (which you have to go hunting for them),ice machine were out of order, room was disgusting, was told if we use a food delivery app that they would gladly bring it to the room but when the food got there was told that i would have to come down and get it myself after walking all day and was told that was my problem, toilet in the room didnt flush correctly so we had to flush repeatedly, was woken up by the cleaners slamming furniture around in the rooms next to us several mornings, hotel is underconstruction and the workers made us feel uncomfortable and shot us dirty looks everytime we had to walk past and all this could be your problem for almost $300 a night...

I find the fact that it's called an amenity, crazy. It's actually a way of making money, paid parking, it's also a way city's make most of their money.
It's open for happy hour, but club around 9
Everything was closed including the pool while I srayed
Not sure, we only went to the lounge
Use the knob, just be careful. Most hotels have it as a turn to operate system.
At the Arden Fair Mall they're all sorts of restaurants and that's right across the street there's a whole food court but there's also Mexican food the Elephant Bar Applebee's Chili's a whole bunch more hope that helps
You should call the hotel to find out.
They have an all you can eat buffet for breakfast/brunch. They also have room service.
