Positive: The room was very clean and spacious. I had a great and refreshing dip in the pristine pool. The staff was very friendly and prompt to make sure all was well. Negative: The continental breakfast consisted of cheap "packaged" baked goods, bananas and mandarines. It could use a bit of help for such a nice place.

Positive: I appreciated the continental breakfast. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made you feel comfortable. We were able to use the rack to bring our suitcases in. It was in a great location and was decently priced and clean. Negative: I found a slightly shriveled grape next to the bed against the floor board. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Positive: The hotel staff was extremely personable and nice and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were pretty and fresh feeling, plus extra pillows! Negative: The only thing I wasn't super happy about was the $200 hold put on my card, which I was not informed about when booking the room online. Being that I live paycheck to paycheck, that put a dent into what I had budgeted for the concert we were attending

Positive: This is a great value hotel. Rooms are clean, the hotel is close enough to downtown, and the staff are friendly. Checking in and checking out was very easy. The bed was also very comfortable. Negative: The rooms are a little dated, certain TV channels didn't work, and the internet was very spotty. However, I didn't spend a bunch of time in the room, so it worked for my travel needs. If you are looking to work from this hotel, I would look elsewhere.
