Everyone was really friendly we got an early check-in and a late check out. The door guy welcomed you every time you went in or out even though it was 100°. He kept a smile on his face. The rooms could be cleaner the leather wall was covered in dust you could write your name on it the entry light didn't work. Furniture is a little dated but the beds were comfortable and clean. Their bath products smell amazing.

Not the newest, but a well taken care of Sheraton with nice staff. Nice sized gym, small pool all right in the middle of downtown. Water pressure in the sink and the bathroom door not staying open kept it from being a 5 star. Still, would return gladly.

Nice clean modern rooms, but it was mentioned that I got one of the very few renovated rooms. Incredibly friendly check-in experience. The location is good, but official paid self parking is across a busy street. Anyways: $15 to $18/day(!!) for internet is incredibly insulting in 2022. What a shame.

Came here for a festival and me and my team were treated amazing. The management team, Greg and Caitlin took amazing care of me and the hospitality was just amazing. The team loved the stay, the rooms were great and the staff made us really feel at home. Definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

Normally, check ins are between 2pm and 3pm. Check outs are usually 12 noon. However, if you ask the front desk for a late check out, they might allow it. (Late meaning one or two hours past 12 noon. )

Parking is not free. However there are occasions in which a group has prearranged for parking to be validated/free for guest attending their events. Otherwise you have a choice between self parking or valet service. The parking structure and the valet service is managed by a 2nd party not by the hotel. Self parking gives you in/out privileges.
