Stayed in June 2022. Location, well it's northern Sacramento, so it's not the best, but not the worst either. Keep your vehicle clear of high value items. Room: clean and pleasant. The internet was good for streaming and the link to the TV worked well. This location has a breakfast buffet, but I didn't partake in it as it's not an early morning offering. Price, decent and what you'd expect from a Four Points.

Called for shuttle from airport, (shuttle was reason we booked here) and was put on hold and hung up twice after waiting 20-40 mins each time. Took a taxi. After telling the front desk guy what happened front desk guy shrugged and said it wasn’t him who hung up…sure sounded like him. I gave him my full name to check in. He then proceeded to lecture me about giving my last name only when checking into a hotel! Really? I have two higher education degrees, have traveled extensively my entire life and this little guy is going to explain how to check into a hotel? After that I explained that we would need a shuttle to the airport at 3 am (when booking it boasted 24-hour free shuttle). Front desk guy tells me the shuttle doesn’t run until 4 am. When I explained the shuttle that had been advertised, I got another shrug. Then guy told me I’d have to find my own ride. Worst customer service ever. This guy needs to go do something he’s qualified for.

Filthy hotel with unfriendly customer service. The room was filthy and gave off the impression that it was not cleaned for ages. Pillows were horrible , sink did not drain, light switch was missing cover, the conditioner container was empty in the shower and pool and spa were closed "for maintenance". Basic breakfast that they charged extra money for. The franchise owner should have never been permitted to operate that hotel and Marriott should vet the potential owners better. What a shame.

The front desk staff member working this morning was the rudest person I've encountered in a customer service setting in a very long time. We intended to take the free airport shuttle very early in the morning, and we were assured that all we'd need to do is be downstairs five minutes before it departed. This morning, the front desk guy told us we'd need a reservation, completely contradictory to what we were told the night before. We would've been totally fine with that, but when we asked if there was room, he provided no details and refused to assist us. He only said "I have to go by the reservation." We sat there for about 15 minutes while he completely ignored us. Ended up calling a Lyft instead. This was in addition to a room that smelled like cat urine and had defective light fixtures. The bedsheets were apparently made of garbage bags and the AC unit sounded like a 747 taking off. On top of all this, the room was $350 a night, which is truly the most ridiculous part of all that. Avoid this place like you'd avoid covid.

I'm not sure. My interaction with staff was pleasant.
I think it departs every hour. You may call to the hotel to be sure.
Yes can I can't remember how much
Yes.. But you have to pay for food like eggs bacon omelet fruit and cereal is free.
The airport shuttle is 24hrs. It runs on the hr and half hr. Just call in advance once you get your luggage because it runs on command.
Not sure we had one room nonsmoking with a king bed. It was a very pleasant stay and when in Sacramento in the future this will be my choice. Close to downtown and very close to the airport
I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again.
