Easy check in, we enjoyed the nice touch of lemon water offered in the lobby. I Really liked the pool towel’s from the front desk. The pool is a nice size too!

We reserved a room for July 21 for one night. Are used my husband‘s choice account but added our daughters name as checking in. Paid for it with my credit card. Her flight was delayed and she didn’t arrive to the hotel until midnight. Previous to her flight, I found the local hotel to explain the delay and they assured me her name was on the reservation and that she could check in. Upon her arrival, they refused to let her check in. She sat outside waiting for me to try to resolve it. I called four times and they would not answer. So, I called corporate office. As we were going through the process of trying to get it resolved they had to call the local hotel because the hotel refused to answer my calls. During all of this calling and figuring out, my daughter saw three homeless people coming and going along with some sketchy individuals. The area is very sketchy, dirty and filled with homeless people. In the end, I was unable to get a refund and I moved her to a better area and a nicer hotel. Although she did not get in the building to check out the rooms, the parking lot was not clean and filled with homeless people. I would not recommend the area nor the hotel. And I would absolutely not recommend the unbelievable poor customer service at this hotel provided my daughter and us as choice privileges members.

It was ok, but I just didn’t like the stay here. However there was no big issue I could have complained about directly. But for the price I would expect better. Shabby rooms that didn’t seem too clean. Noisy, we could hear water running and someone on the upper floor walking the whole night. I didn’t feel much safe there, felt a little bit like a gangsta motel. Hopefully no bedbugs.

Got rooms for visiting friends, I'm new to the area and it was last min. Reserved the room thru Bookings.com. The lady checking people in was way more interested in watching TV then helping with minor complications. Took over 2 hours standing outside late at night to get.their reserved room. Room shabby at best checked out early, go figure. Most would be more comfortable sleeping in their car.
