Lobby doesn't provide coffee thru the entirety of breakfast. Rooms were nice, night staff was lovely, pool was great. Parking lot was secure, don't let the neighborhood turn you off, it was a great stay for the price.

Very pleasantly surprised. Hotel listed as 2 to 3 star hotel, but I would give it a 4 to 5. Clean comfortable modern rooms. Has everything you could need, such as mini fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pool, jacuzzi, gym, toiletry dispensers, hairdryer, safe, desk, etc. I expected a few continental breakfast items, but there was cheese omelets, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bagels, fruit, cereal, juice, and even peanut butter and hot sauce. They even had a corkscrew at front desk. Location is ideal for shopping, dining and freeway access. Inside locked corridors, front desk 24/7. Just can’t say enough good things, but hopefully covered it. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Sacramento! You should, too. Can’t beat price either.

I usually don't write reviews, but feel like many of the reviews did not paint this location how we felt. First the good. The staff was great. They were kind and friendly. The breakfast was great as well. We did get there pretty soon after they opened, about 6:45 or so (breakfast is from 6-10 every day), but it was fresh, eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits filled with sausage and eggs, potatoes, sausage gravy, waffle station, cereal, bread and bagels, fruit, juice and coffee. We did stop by before leaving about 8:30 one morning and all of the waffle stuff was put away, so it may go fast. The location also seemed fairly safe, even though it is a rougher area a few blocks over. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was because it had such great reviews and was recommended for families. We were traveling to visit the Zoo and FairyTale town with our young kids, 2 and 4. This is more of a mix between hotel and motel. Some rooms are accessible from hallways inside, others are outside through a locked gate, more like a motel. We stayed in one of these rooms. When we walked in, the smell of cleaning supplies took us back and all windows had been left open. They have removed all carpet and replaced it with linoleum floors, our feet were sticking to the floors as we were walking around (we assumed from whatever they used to clean). The beds also shifted on the floors if you leaned against them or bumped them. Because of the floors and lack of carpet and padding, you hear every step the people above you make. There isn't a built-in closet, but a freestanding one and desk and cabinets with a fridge and microwave in it. These close very loudly with strong magnets. Again, you can also hear when your neighbors close theirs. Not helpful with small kids if you are trying to open or close them while kids are sleeping. The bathroom only had one bar towel rack, a back of door hook would have been helpful, there is basically no counter space, and the toilets don't have lids. Not very friendly for sharing a space with others, or being able to close the lid so kids don't throw stuff in... It gave the bathroom a public restroom feel. It would have been nice as well for them to see we reserved the room for 4 people and provide enough bath towels and washcloths for everyone, but I had to request more. They provided containers on the wall in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the conditioner was empty (only to find out while taking a shower), and they had hand soap and lotion on the wall in the bathroom. The lotion was not lotion. Overall, this was not what we would have expected for the price or the other reviews.

Very nice place to stay for business needs or family/couple . Very clean .Love that it's enclosed / gated off from public. Felt very safe. They had cameras up in parking and everywhere. You can see the camera monitor at front desk. My husband has very bad knee problems and we requested a room close by to accommodate. Staff was very nice and accommodated request. We had a 2 queen deluxe which came with a nice couch . It is a sofa couch but very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs through the mattress. The toilet seat not having toilet lid was a bit awkward but not a big deal. Fridge was cold. Nice heater/ac with continuous fan option. VERY nice black out curtains. The clock on microwave was very bright . We put a towel over it. TV has hdmi so bring your Roku ! Hot tub was very nice. Breakfast was very decent and several options. Coffee good. Will be back ! Thank you !!
