I have now had my fridge not working for 3 weeks. The initial call had the technician come 2 days later. They determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, but the technician didn’t have any with him, they were in his other truck. So he ordered the parts to be delivered here directly and scheduled me for 12 days later. That day the technician had a break down so we were rescheduled for today. They sent him here to do a compressor knowing his Freon tanks were empty. So now I’m rescheduled AGAIN for 9 days later. Assuming it actually gets fixed on that day it will be a full month without a fridge. This fridge is only 3 years old and on a warranty. Update: the technician came back 9 days later and replaced the compressor, but still had empty Freon tanks. Why they couldn’t have been refilled in the time between appointments is unclear. (There is UPS after all.) The fridge is still not working since it has no refrigerant. The soonest appointment they can give me to just add Freon is now Oct 1st. You’d think that considering it’s already been a month that they should make an effort to get a technician here from somewhere else if they don’t currently have any available. The one that was here was on his last week, and their other one is on leave. It will be just under 2.5 months of no fridge on Oct 1st. It is finally working again, just in time for Thanksgiving... 4 months total.

Scheduling is terrible! I waited 4 hours and nobody came. Got re-scheduled and waited 5 hours and nobody showed. I finally called and spoke with repair co. to complain and tech arrived at 6:30 to do a 15 min service check. What a BIG WASTE of my time!
