This shop is the go to place! Such great customer service and they make sure you are taken care of. They put in the effort to make sure you are good to go and inform you of any issues or suggestions. I had to get new tires and they were great. They have a nice waiting area as well with waters, seating, and a pool table. Will definitely recommend and be coming here for any of my motorcycle needs.

Talked to rob on the phone, day of, when every other shop was booked. He got me in to swap out tires Mo took good care of the tires and price was fair. I’d definitely recommend. Best waiting exp at a mechanic I’ve ever had.

Can't imagine a better all around experience. They ordered in the tires that I needed and had them on the exact day they said they would, ready to install. I arrived 15min late, but they still fit me in same day and had the work done in under an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A pleasure to do business with. This is the only place I'll go for new tires in San Diego. Chase at the front desk was fantastic as was Evan who installed my tires. These guys are the real deal.

Exceptional service, I highly recommend these guys and their shop all day!! Showed up early for my appointment and they took me in early with no hesitation and I was out before my original appointment time. Great customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Free coffee while I waited, and got a free t-shirt when I bought a hat from them! Very fast maintenance and no flaws with my bike. All around awesome experience going to this shop.

Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you're having trouble activating your rebate card, and I wish I could offer some advise on protocol or refer you to someone internally, but the card is issued by a 3rd party bank, so unfortunately it's their rules.

Where can I drop off used MC tires to recycle?

8 Ball Motorcycle Tires of San Diego | Aug 24, 2019

Hello Robert, Yes recycling tires is quite difficult these days. If you'd like to drop them off at 8 Ball we can recycle them for you, but we have to charge $3.50 per tire to cover the expense. Thanks, Ken

do you service ural motorcycles

MARY STAFFORD-SANTOS | Aug 24, 2019
8 Ball Motorcycle Tires of San Diego | Aug 24, 2019

Hello Mary, Sorry for the delayed response. The only service we provide is tire changes. However, for Urals we require the wheels to be brought in (off the motorcycle) because they are odd machines and we do not have anyone trained on Urals. Please give us a ring at 833-448-2255 if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks, Ken
