I've never been ignored as I was when I walked into the boot world on Midway in San Diego!! Don't know if it was a race thing or what but I watched as they (employees) jumped to help this lady who walked in after me though as I just sat there waiting!!!! Even when she left I was still ignored until I said something about not being helped an said I would never shop here again!!!! What's wrong with people???? I am able to make a purchase an have my job pay for it but I won't be going back to be treated as such!! BOOT WORLD SUCKS!! Didn't even deserve one star but I had to put it!!

A wide variety of boots for every occasion from dress to safety boots to hiking. My CSR Yasmine listened to what I was looking for, made a few recommendations & then measured my foot to ensure the best fit. I walked out with new Merrell hiking boots & also received a military discount. Quality boots that will do the job & look & fit great!
