This website, along with their San Diego and Los Angeles voice menus, is NOT user friendly. There is no capability to leave a voice mail message after business hours. There is no selection for "asylum"--only visa info. The San Diego consulate office has an American trying to speak French. It is actually painful to listen to. Please use a native French speaker. And plz fix/add a category for asylum. Thanks.
