My Mother has a Mobile Home here off Deborah Drive for 17 years until she fell and had some strokes and ended up in a convalescent home, and now I bought it from her in the past year and have been fixing it up for alittle over a year now. I love to garden as did my Mom so having a single wide grants me plenty of space to garden in. It is a complete joy being here, and having a longstanding friendship with my neighbors makes it especially nice.

Hi Rhonda Thunderbird is owner only no rentals... The age is 55 to live here...call Jim at 707 839 8129... You need park approval before you can buy here...Jim is park manager.. space rent for new owners is now $410 I think... Least expensive in Humboldt county... Park rent does not include electric gas water or trash pickup... Jim can let you know when a mobile comes on the market but you first need to fill out paperwork..Good luck and you can mention my name or show this to Jim...
