I lived here for most of my childhood. Still love the place for the memories, but management is awful and fraudulent and criminal. Area is so beautiful and its sad that the most awful people on earth own it

Yes I know of at least one but you'll have to call the Park managers to get the details.
You pay your own power bill. Every thing else as far as utilities included.
As a Google guide I can only recommend a place as far as to review it.questions such as yours would probably best directed to the park management instead of posting it here.
Don't have a clue! Have friends that live there tho. I'll ask when I go to visit.
