I like it just fine, people here are friendly. I have been living here for 5 years this month. We have a laundry room and a restroom with showers men and women separate. The grounds are kept clean and the manager is sweet as pie. Also my parents have been here for over 30 years they have no intention on moving anywhere else that says a lot for this place my whole family is here I promise you that. So like I said before I like it here just fine newcomers seem to like it as well.

i have a 36 ft jayco 5th wheel trailer with 3 slide rooms. i am paying $ 340.00 a. mo. plus power last mo. power was 100.00 all else is paid. there is no wi fi u have to pay for ur own wi fi there is a laundry room 4 wachers and 6 gas dryers i here there are showers they are trying to clean park up but as of yet it looks a little run down

Hi, yes i do believe the Royal Trailer Park will rent to him for under $500.00. They do have a restriction on the year and condition of the RV. Yu need to call them and ask. Otherwise it is a very nice spot on the river!

There is no pet deposit and more than one pet allowed,size not matter or vaccines. Pet friendly place
You have to put a application in for a back ground check and see if it comes back clear and then you have to wait for a spot to come open
I think the limit on how old is 20 years old or newer,there are a lot of openings and is a very quiet place and very pretty surrounding
