Are there any restrictions when it comes to how old or new the trailers have to be?

I think the limit on how old is 20 years old or newer,there are a lot of openings and is a very quiet place and very pretty surrounding

I don't know but they have a lot of older tailers there that been there a long time the person that manages it is there Monday through Friday after 9 I think
