Yes there are several locations with grills
Yes they have several grilling stations in the park.
Not on the beach and am not sure if the three parking areas have any. They do have a couple of foot and shower off stations by parking and also nice bathrooms and showers close to the beach. I am not sure about the campgrounds, but the probably do, but it costs about $20 a night with 30amp electric.
