We enjoyed a loop hike amongst slash pines and palmettos along sandy trails.

The burning previously was extensive and wildlife was not available. Didn't see any tortoise holes or homeowners. The white trail was not easy to find but was great. Well marked and twistee. Other trails not marked at all. No maps …

A serene, an undisturbed and a magical preserve! This place is so important for South Florida wild life! It will be united with other preserves/nature parks with wild life coridors to all the way to Jonathan Dichinson park in West Palm Beach! All Floridians need to be grateful for this undisturbed wilderness!

No doubt it is a great hiking area, with plenty of trails and lots of close nature encounters. Great for kids with playgrounds and even ocean view and last but not least picnic areas.

You have to call Jonathan Dickenson State Park for the gate code to enter Atlantic Ridge.
No. This is an undeveloped preserve. Good for hiking and equestrian use.
