Had a issue at the deli on Tuesday with bad service I hardly ever complain but that day really rubbed me the wrong way i ended up calling the store and spoke to the general manager Blake he addressed my concerns and told me to please come in sometime during the week so he can take care of me. Blake didn't disappoint he went way above beyond. Thank you very much Blake it really means alot. Keep on being a awesome person and store manager.

We’re shopping is a pleasure if you find parking spot in the tight parking lot. Employees are all great EXCEPT DELI. I do not know if that position is a punishment but let me tell you, they look sad and mad at you. We all have bad days but it is always with 98% of the employees at DELI ONLY. To the point that it make you grab already cut and packed ham or cheese to avoid getting an attitude from the employees working there. Sorry to be honest, do not reply with your 1800 customer number to talk. Just managers, pay attention a little bit more in your employees.

David is the best assistant manager I have ever seen at a Publix or any other grocery store. I have been to Publix my entire life and I have never seen someone turn a negative experience around as quickly and kindly as he did. He has the upmost respect for customers, and really goes out of his way to ensure that customers are happy. Thank you so much.

This Publix is the best supermarket in the entire area. They serve hot food and many options for vegans. We were able to find tons of packaged salads that didn’t have cheese/meat in it. …We are glad to hear this! Thanks for the feedback. -Tomi
