Non English speaking people that cannot get anything done. It was like pulling teeth talking to them. When we finally got to the scheduling portion, they couldn't come out for over a week. They were more interested in selling me a service package than getting to my repair.

my dishwasher was brand new and never used, it would not fill with water ,the tech located the problem immediately upon opening the door, a plastic piece for float was not attached, took seconds to slip it on , They had my account number (from years ago I guess) I never saw. a bill but received a e-mailed signed copy and $155.00 charge, the tech signed (unauthorized) bill

BEWARE. DO NOT USE THEM. October 26 2021 the Sears technician came to my home to fix a refrigerator that we purchased from Sears brand new last year, March of 2020. He charged us approximately 300.00 and an additional 50.00 for a service plan. He then said he couldn't fix because he doesn't have the parts to fix. He ordered them and said we should receive the parts 1 to 2 days. Then he told us he could not return until November 11. It is now November 8 . I called the customer service. Jamie was the rep I spoke to she had no customer service skills. She also didn't have any empathy towards my situation not having a working refrigerator. Apparently the parts needed are on back order.
