Starting summer 2021, when schools were beginning to open back up, we had to go here every week for COVID testing (for the whole family, not just the children in school!) to submit results to the school. Aside from the times there were outrageous COVID surges -- which they couldn't control -- they have been fast, efficient, and provided online portal access to results within the hour. It has been such a convenient way to get reliable testing. When we found out that our daughter would be tested on site at school this year, we were honestly sad that we wouldn't be seeing the good folks at Clinton Urgent Care every weekend! They have been pleasant, they've memorized our information by now and have basically gotten us registered and started preparing the tests to administer as soon as they see us pull into the parking lot! They are friendly, pleasant, always check in with the children on how they are doing, and really offer a wonderful patient experience. We'll still stop by when we plan to travel or have other needs that require testing, so it's not goodbye. But it has been a great run for the past year and a half! Thank you Clinton Urgent Care!

My visit to this facility was great. Staff were helpful and kind with assisting me with my needs. I forgot my mask too. Normally, places like this would run out but they were stocked up and prepared as always. They had no issue giving me one or even a extra one. The young ladies were organized and efficient. If you want reliable service please come here. If this doesn’t work for you then try sitting for 3 hours across the street at the competitors or 8 hours in the ER . This place is great 💯 let’s elevate our small businesses to success and stop stomping them out.
