Why can't I get what I order on the drive thru? I'm very upset about this. I clearly order 1 thing but have something different on my order that I receive. I guess this clearly is your way to rip customers off on their orders.

Check your order before you leave the window, stay there until it is correct, this messes up their timing, which is what the managers bonuses are bases on-- it will get fixed. Good luck

I have always gone through the drive through and have never had your experience, but yet again, I always check my bag before I leave the window. I learned tgat because McDonalds screws up my order 75% of the time. lol

That's not really even a question. But it has to be frustrating. I usually walk in and order If an order is going to get messed up It'll usually happen in a drive through.

I do understand, and they want 15 per hour to do this
