This CVS is slow and understaffed. This CVS is also a good example of what happens when there is no meaningful competition. As a practical matter, this pharmacy is my best choice, and yet it’s still a bad choice.

As of 7 pm on Tuesday April 12, your 24 hour pharmacy has ONE staff member until tomorrow morning. She has to help customers inside, operate the drive through, answer the phone, and try to fill prescriptions. There were multiple cars in the drive through, several people in line, and the phone was backed up with calls. She informed people dropping off prescriptions it would be after 11 pm before she could get prescriptions filled. Her attitude was lovely when I told her I was sorting she was being overwhelmed. If you unable or unwilling to staff this pharmacy don’t operate it 24 hours. You treat your customers and staff like dirt.

The problem here is the pharmacy. They don’t care about your prescriptions be on time. Every time I get a prescription to be fill in the automated system gives you a time frame. Then I call and the pharmacist gives you another time. …
