Dod and his crew were on point 100% of the way. Helped me get the best outcome possible while answering all my questions and keeping me in the loop the whole way. Will recommend to family and friends. Luis was there with me on my court date and made the day very easy. My DUI was turned into a wet and reck and I couldn't be happier. 10/10.

I usually do not write any reviews, but Dod law helped me when I was going down the drain with my first DUI. He even got my charges reduced and took care of me from first to the last, always communicates and has flexible pay options. He saved me, I would never want myself to be in such situation again but if anyone is then look no further. He's the man!!

Dod is, without a doubt, the best. He is professional, honest and forthcoming. When you find yourself in a bad spot, you need someone who will fight for you and that is exactly what Dod does. He is never to busy to answer your call or text and that means a lot in an uncertain time. Thanks again to Dod and his team…

I’m not really a review writer kind of person, but this absolutely deserves it. I felt as if I had my life completely flipped upside down. I looked around and of course saw all the 5 star reviews and you know what? Every one of them is beyond deserving. I’ve Never been in a situation like I was before but I remember Dod telling me to not worry. That he would make it all go away and to just breath and relax. He did EXACTLY that and my case was dismissed and never even had to go to court. I let him do his thing and would maybe have a question here or there but he was always very responsive. He was the first and only person I called or talked to and from the very start I knew he was someone to put my life’s trust in and that I didn’t need to shop around so to speak. Please don’t look any farther I promise he definitely will not disappoint!

Questions & Answers

How can the police prove a DUI for marijuana?

Georgia Reese | Aug 21, 2021
Dod Law Criminal Defense | Aug 21, 2021

DUI cases involving marijuana are on the rise which is requiring police and prosecutors to go to great lengths in order to prove that you were impaired and actually under the influence of marijuana at the time of driving. To prove marijuana impairment, they will rely on evidence such as your driving behavior, your performance on field sobriety tests and the results of the toxicology test. They may also need to bring in a toxicologist and rely upon police officers trained in Drug recognition techniques. I’m being charged with assault and battery and I’m really nervous about what this means. What’s likely to happen to my case?

In California, assault and battery charges could include simple assault, assault with a deadly weapon, simple battery, or battery with serious bodily injury. The penalties you could face will depend on the specific charges. But it’s also important to know there are defenses for assault and battery allegations, and an experienced attorney can help you fight those charges.
