Every single employee here has been great, never had a bad interaction, made me feel great about switching from a larger gym franchise. Originally signed up, and wanted to use a debit card. It was made very clear it wasn’t allowed and only a direct ACH transfer from a checking account is. I use an online bank platform out of Germany and almost always have issues with ACH. Fast forward to the first months payment and it didn’t work, they then retried a few days later and successfully took the membership price + an additional 50% fee. I also had my girlfriends membership under the same ACH setup because that’s all they allow, and ran into the same issue. Upon resolving this with the great and attentive staff they suggested I just use a debit card. Something I was adamantly told is not an option upon signing up. Frustrating that transparency wasn’t there from the start. Again, I hate to leave a bad review, as the entire staff is great.
