I went through yesterday and ordered a double whopper meal along with mozzarella sticks and jalapeño cheese bombs. I received a chicken sandwich that that was cold along with cold everything else. I tried to get the correct burger but the employees just ignored me. I won't be going back and will be telling everyone else I know not to waste time or money here

I know everyone is overworked in fast food, and it's not something I normally eat, but I had a feeling there was no one there to clean anything. Several tables had been used and were obviously left with tacky mustard, and I believe what may have been syrup. The lady begging the counter wasn't a bad person, but, honestly, seemed a bit overwhelmed, even though I was the only person inside when I came in. She was meaning both the counter and the window. I know that is hard, but I had to ask for ketchup for my fries, remind her I had chicken nuggets and needed sauce, and I finally gave up when I realized there was no salt anywhere and didn't feel like having to ask for one more thing. The underside of the serving counter which normally had condiments and the soda machine had obviously not been cleaned for several days. There were straw wrappers and ketchup/ mustard containers beneath it. It also looked like no one has swept let alone mopped much of the floor. I don't want to be harsh on people doing a job under drastic circumstances, but, perhaps, the franchise owner might want to come in and do a little work himself/ herself on occasion?

The server walked away from the counter the moment she spotted me and eventually one of the cooks helped me instead. I figure ok maybe she's just busy with some other stuff and that was weird timing. I ordered one double stacker king and was greeted with this thing. After I started eating it the same young lady who walked away started laughing loudly from just around the corner. Guess I was wrong for walking in at 6pm the day after Christmas but you could've at least melted the cheese like why? Who hurt you? Why did you feel it necessary to take it out on me and my burger? I feel personally attacked sure but what did my burger do to deserve that?

I had the Impossible Whopper and forgot to take a pic before I ate it. It wasn't bad. To be honest, I dont eat fast food very much but I just had to try their new offering. Not sure I would always get it, you just cant replace that taste and texture of a real flame grilled burger. It is, however, an good alternative offering for those who choose not to eat meat. Restaurant itself was nice, but there was a worker (I assume) who was emptying their trash cans and he was just dressed in street clothes, rather strange, and he spoke to another customer in a very loud tone. Quite annoying. That's the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

They have 2 for $10 plus they have other deals on chicken and other foods. They also send coupons through the mail with 2 for $10.
As far as I'm aware, they restock on a schedule, so if it goes out before their scheduled checks they have no way of knowing unless a customer informs the staff
