Late night service was slow. I think they are under staffed at night. The meals came out well made and nothing was wrong.

Shake machine was down. What a surprise. update: went through the drive through and got their recorded message telling me to look at the menu and they would be with me shortly. Yeah, right. After a few minutes, I tried to talk to them with no response. A car then pulls up in the other lane and they take his order instantly and he pulls through. I could see his order on my screen so I figured they are messed up inside. I decided to pull ahead so I could order at the window. A girl comes out the door with a headset on and I tell her I wasn't getting a response so I'm going to order at the window. She said I couldn't do that and would have to order at the speaker. When I asked if I could just come inside and order, she said nothing and went back inside. I left and went to Subway.

I went through the drive through with my brother & he ordered a #2, he repeated himself twice, when we got to the window to pay, he paid. We checked our order & it was wrong, we told the lady this is not what we asked for, & she responded “Well its already been made” meaning he paid for an order he didn't ask for!

The fish sandwich was the best from a fast food restaurant that I ever had. One small thing, I ordered my sandwich with pickles and tomatoes and they didn't put them on the sandwich. I checked my bag. She replaced my order.
