Lived here for about a year. Maintenance was very nice and helpful, but management was awful. I could barely get ahold of anyone when I had a question, and when I could, it seemed as though they were annoyed and cared less about me and my questions. I lived on the first floor and could hear every movement of my upstairs neighbors. The community trash bin was constantly overflowing and would often leave a smell throughout the complex. When asked about why my apartment was so humid, the response was, “well, it’s an apartment what do you expect?” I would not live here again.

Moving in has been the worst of my life for apartments. The keys for door and mailbox did not work. The carpet was dirty and smelled. There were multiple other issue with the apartment. 6 days later nothing done to resolved issues despite multiple calls and trips to office. Horrible management on every level. Property management had not contact me at all. Undrae Billups.

If this place could get zero stars that would be their rating. I stopped by the office a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Gabi about renting a 3 bedroom apartment. She said she would have one available to view by appointment. I asked if I could view one of their models to get an idea of what they looked like but she refused to do so. I made the appointment. I call today and the requested apartment has been rented, no notice, no call. There was never an opportunity to fill out an application while I was in the office. The lack of professionalism is astounding and speaks volumes. I clearly dodged a bullet. Thanks.

The staff in the front office is completely rude and disrespectful, the apartment units are way overpriced for how the staff here treats their tenants. My wife and I were charged $150 for leaving a couple of trash bags outside of our unit while we were quarantined for having covid, but the management leave their dumpster area looking like this with hundreds of bags outside. It makes the whole complex look disgusting when they just let trash sit like this but want to overcharge their tenants for every little thing. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone, and can not wait to leave.
