Take 5 Oil Change

The experience in the past has been great up until the past two times I have gone. This is the second time I have asked for my skid plate to be tight. They said on 7/24/2022 it was tight. I was on the interstate on 7/25/2022 and heard it dragging while on the interstate.. At this point sorry is not a answer I want to hear what needs to be done is customers stop going to this location and go other places. I have had this experience twice with my skid plate not being tightened it will not be a third time and hopefully other people will see this review and go elsewhere...

Impressive service, it's like going to football practice with everyone yelling and repeating everything everyone say. "Tire check on one" then everybody else yell and repeat so I yelled with them to feel like part of the team. Other then that, it's kinda funny but awesome quick service.

I usually change my own oil but when I couldn’t get the filter off my vehicle I decided to use Take 5. Very impressed to say the least. Pulled right in, able to stay in my vehicle while they quickly changed the oil, got the filter off and replaced, and even checked my other fluids and washed my windshield. Everyone was professional and transparent so I wasn’t wondering what was being done. Highly recommend!
