Trash customer services. Poorly trained and unprofessional staffs, Especially the overweighted associate with the yellow cheese stains on his blue ups shirt there name Tyler. Very rude, disrespectful and racist. Unwilling to assist customer and saying I don’t help your kind. This guy need to be fired or work at their hub instead of the customer service field. We don’t recommended this location to anyone.

Please train your employees on how to take back Amazon return I’ve been returning Amazon stuff to the UPS store for over seven years also please instruct your employees to be more courteous to customers, I know why now it was closing time. Nice customer service.

Had to get finger printed for my granddaughter. Wasn't really feeling today. Her was killed two weeks ago, she in the hospital and had to come here after getting the pink eye from gdaughter. The young lady was all talkative to the 2 ahead of me. She kept looking at asking her coworker to come take over. I was next she did her job but not socialable with me. I know I have the pink eye but life for me has to go in no matter what I have been through these past 2 weeks. Before I could leave out of her presences she asked her coworker where the gloves at? I apologize for being human today. Maybe tomorrow would be a better day.

Came in on a random Thursday, to the police responding to some incident that occurred in the parking lot between 2 customers, and the UPS Team was still getting business done, despite the hoopla, with a pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service. Give them ALL raises! They deserve!!!
