I have been to many UPS stores, I also work in in a Platinum level UPS store currently. I have never been in one that was so badly run. The staff were rude, and unknowledgeable. I was shipping items home and wanted the smallest package possible, as I know shipping is based on size as much as weight. I was talked down to, told the box I wanted wasn't big enough. When the person house my box, it was too big and needed to be cut down, which I had to ask for. I wanted to do it myself and was told no. I know it could have been smaller. I was also told that because I asked it would be "customer packed" not center. I was quoted a price to pack the box. It was $28.50, for box and pack. When we cut the box down and didn't need any materials inside I was told $10. I am happy to pay for the service to pack the box, but $18.50 seems very excessive. The staff were not well trained, and they do not know what customer service looks like. Customers aren't always right, but sometimes we do know what we are talking about.

People great. Business model needs a ton of help. Literally the only place in southern utah to do an Amazon return. Lines are long and ridiculous most of the time.
